Your primary objective will be to enhance operational efficiencies while strengthening relationships with government agencies, industry leaders, and external partners. Key responsibilities include:Leading commercial initiatives to foster sustainable growth within the home care division in a multi-state footprint.Cultivating and maintaining relationships with key stakeholders, including government and industry partners.Guiding case managers to drive continuous improvement and excellence in customer service.Ensuring effective delivery of workforce support and solutions.Promoting a high-performance culture rooted in accountability and engagement.Who You AreWe are looking for a forward-thinking leader with robust experience in managing home care businesses. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in a commercially-oriented home care setting, where achieving commercial outcomes while meeting client expectations is paramount. Experience in home care combined with knowledge of the HCP framework is mission critical, while experience in NDIS operations would be a valuable asset, as the business is planning to expand into this area in the near future.The successful candidate will exhibit:A demonstrated history of business development and successful new market entry.Strong leadership skills that foster an engaged and high-performing environment.A commercial mindset with a record of achieving annual goals and operational efficiencies.Extensive experience in healthcare settings.In-depth knowledge of industry regulations, accreditation standards, and compliance requirements.About the CompanyOur client is a respected healthcare staffing agency.
