The exciting opportunity: Full time, permanent role working Monday to Friday Report into the National Care Manager Oversight of clinical services delivered to occupants of an innovative home care hub that provides short and long term care Collaborate with the Village Manager and Case Manager to oversee the care delivered to residents in the retirement village Manage, mentor, guide and support to a team of 15 Registered Nurses and Carers who work 24/7 Network with the local community to promote and maximise service use Manage the budget including revenue, funding and expenditure Ensure the service operates in line with legislative, contractual and funding guidelines, and maintains accreditation What makes this great: Be at the forefront of a new and progressive care model offering Join a company who prioritises staff wellbeing and provide access to mental health awareness programs and an Employee Assistance Program Receive support from the Learning & Development Team and have access to industry recognised training programs, helping you to achieve your career goals No travel – manage home care services all located on site Be guided and supported by your dedicated 3D Recruit Career Consultant, assisting with CV creation, interview preparation and career advice $115k - $125k + bonuses + super About you: Registration as a Registered Nurse with AHPRA Experience in a Clinical Nurse, Care Manager or Operations Manager role within home care or residential aged care Sound understanding of the aged care legislation and what is required to achieve accreditation Skilled at developing productive relationships with all stakeholders and leading a team to ensure holistic services are delivered in line with clients' needs and wishes Compassionate, innovative, personable and driven What next:
