Join Our Team as a Virtual Care Facilitator!Are you passionate about making a difference in the lives of individuals in your community? Do you have a Certificate III in Individual Support (or equivalent) and experience in aged care? If so, we have an exciting opportunity for you to embark on a rewarding career as a Virtual Care Facilitator. As a Virtual Care Facilitator, you will play a key role in supporting our aged care clients in their own homes, to participate in virtual healthcare services, empowering them to live independent, healthy lives.
This role offers a flexible and rewarding experience, with opportunities for both part-time and casual employment. You'll be a vital part of our multidisciplinary team, helping to enhance the lives of vulnerable individuals through technology and compassionate care.
