We are expanding!
Due to increasing demand for support in Home & Community Care services, our team in the Armidale area is looking for part-time employees.
We are specifically seeking qualified  Home Care Employees  with a Certificate III in Individual Support.
We highly value a candidate that is qualified in medication competency.

The role of a Home Care Employee is varied and offers flexible work hours.
Whether you're experienced or just starting out, there are plenty of opportunities to gain valuable on-the-job experience while you pursue your passion for quality care.
Key Responsibilities Personal Care : Assist with daily tasks such as grooming, bathing, dressing, and hygiene to ensure clients' comfort, dignity, and well-being.
(Cert III in Individual Support required.
Household Assistance:  Support clients with cleaning, meal preparation, and general household tasks to maintain a safe and tidy living environment.
Transportation:  Drive clients to medical appointments, shopping, and social activities, ensuring they can access essential services and maintain their independence.
Social Engagement : Foster social interaction and provide companionship, offering emotional support to improve clients' quality of life and overall well-being.
To be successful in this role, you will need the following:   Essential Skills: Effective communication skills An empathic and caring approach Ability to work unsupervised and as part of a team Access to a fully maintained and insured vehicle Strong planning and organizational skills Competency with smartphones/tablets or willingness to learn Physical fitness for manual handling and extended periods of standing/sitting Qualifications: Qualified Home Care Employee: Certificate III in Individual Support (essential) Current First Aid Certificate and CPR or willingness to obtain Current unrestricted Australian Driver's License What's in it for You?
