Full-time & Part-time/Casual Jobs Available We are seeking compassionate and dedicated individuals for our home care companion jobs. Candidates should possess a Certificate III in Aged Care or Individual Support, First Aid Certificate, and have experience in working with the elderly. Essential skills you possess include strong communication, leadership, organisation, teamwork, and a positive attitude. You must also have a passion for making a positive impact through companion care, understand individual needs, and have an ability to consistently follow through.
Job Description As a home care companion, your role will involve providing both personal and companion care to aged care clients, assisting them with tasks such as showering, dressing, and mobility. You will support them with domestic chores including shopping, cooking, cleaning, and washing. You'll accompany them on walks, light exercise, and to medical or social appointments. Encouraging nutritional eating habits and working in collaboration with our care team, you will ensure that choice and dignity are at the forefront of your care. This role offers flexible working hours with options for part-time, casual, or full-time roles.
