What you'll be doing… Overseeing the recruitment and training requirements of our Community Support Workers team. Undertaking administrative and project management activities to maximise the efficiency of processes and outcomes for the Staff Development and Home Care team. Working closely with the Scheduling team to understand recruitment needs and establishment of rosters to ensure the efficient use of the CSW workforce. Co-ordinating Traineeship applications and providing support and communication in relation to Traineeships. Maintaining and updating relevant databases and documents to meet compliance, auditing and budgeting requirements. What you'll need… Relevant tertiary qualifications in Nursing and current registration with the Australian Health Practitioner Regulation Agency along with demonstrated experience in an EN or RN role preferably in a community setting. Knowledge of Aged Care, including related regulations, service delivery models, legislation and best practice. High level administration and computer skills including proficiency in the MS Word suite and an ability to willingness to learn new software. High level communication, interpersonal, and engagement skills, with ability to maintain confidentiality on sensitive issues.
