Casual and permanent part-time Home Care Cleaner rolesbased in Hobart region About us: Anglicare Tasmania is a non-profit organisation providing a widerange of community services to the people of Tasmania. We provide programs relating to ageing and disability,health, housing, families, drug and alcohol treatment and supportand more.
About the Role: Anglicare's Home Care Cleaners provide cleaning servicesto clients in their own homes. By providing this service ithelps clients to continue to live in their own home. Clientsare involved in deciding what cleaning needs to be done. HomeCare Cleaners, where possible, work in partnership with the clientto enable them to carry out light parts of cleaning tasks.
Some cleaning tasks that a Home Care Cleaner may be areasked to do are: house cleaningdishwashing andshoppingOur staff are our greatest asset so we provide youwith: uniforms at no costa company mobile phoneContinual learning and development through paidprofessional training and regular staff meetings.protective clothing and equipmentWhat we offer you: an attractive salary including Salary Packaging; a 7% Graduate Loading payable where you hold a degree in arelevant discipline;a friendly and supportive work environment.Services are delivered between 9am and 3pm, Tuesday toFriday. The successful applicant will be requiredto: provide a current Tasmanian Working with Vulnerable PeopleRegistration (employment/volunteer category) including NDISWorker Screening Check if you are applying for the 1st time orhave renewed your registration since 1st February 2021;present an unsupervised contact with children or vulnerablepeople type National Police Check (no older than 12months);provide an International Police Check if you have residedfor 12 months or more outside of Australia after the age of16;provide a satisfactory Anglicare assessed medical:provide a current provisional or full Australian DriverLicence.APPLICATIONS CLOSE: FRIDAY 17th May 2024 at6.00pm.
