About the RoleThe purpose of this role is to work closely with Product Managers and Stakeholders across the product division and broader group business divisions, playing a key role in supporting portfolio management, product changes, regulatory obligations, and compliance activities.
The role focuses on process and product improvement from concept through to implementation, including post-implementation reviews. Additionally, the role focuses on leading, developing, and implementing home loan activities/initiatives to support retail products including but not limited to:
pricing movements,terms and conditions changes,remediation,regulatory and compliance obligations, and communicating product features (e.g., updating product forms, customer letters, and document library).About YouYou will bring with you a deep knowledge of retail banking products and business processes including lending platforms and other related software/systems. Previous experience in Project Management is desired, preferably Lean Six Sigma black belt accreditation with experience in an analytical and Project Management role, ideally gained in a fast-paced financial services environment.
You will possess a strong understanding of compliance and regulatory obligations, with demonstrated experience in developing data-driven, lifecycle communications and procedures, which are designed to align/enhance the customer experience with a real focus on simplification. Your previous experience in working with policies, procedures, and processes for financial services products, with a healthy understanding of risk considerations will be advantageous, as well as proficiency in programs such as message Media, T24, PEGA, FinnOne, CRS, MyClient, Valex, Basware, etc.
