Job Description The Project Home Builder Sales Support is responsible for supporting the Commercial Account Executives by providing outstanding customer service to Home Builders or Project Home Builders commercial customers and administering all sales orders.  Manage the full cycle of customer orders, including responding to enquiries, processing sales orders, raising purchase orders, placing service calls and liaising with manufacturers regarding stock and delivery timeframes.Regularly communicate with customers and applicable construction site supervisors on the progress of orders, deliveries, service calls and any other issues that may arise.Ensure the Transport Teams are informed in advance of any delivery requirements specific to Project Home Builder customers.Collaborate with relevant business units to ensure a quality experience is delivered to all commercial customers.Qualifications Previous experience in customer service and/or administration.Knowledge of white goods and understanding of plumbing products are highly desired.High computer literacy with experience using MS Office and G-Suite.Excellent attention to detail.Excellent written and verbal communication skills.The ability to analyse technical data and make product recommendations.A team player.Excellent organisational and time management skills.Ability to work under pressure and prioritise tasks effectively.Ability to manage and communicate with internal and external stakeholders.Additional Information Permanent full-time position.9:00am - 5:00pm $62,000 + super Currently located in Rosehill and moving to our new facility in Kemps Creek (end of August).Benefits Exciting career advancement opportunities await as we are a rapidly growing company that values promoting from within our talented team!Our in-house Training Academy provides ongoing training (incl.nationally accredited Cert III and Cert IV) and development opportunities, ensuring that our employees have the chance to enhance their skills and knowledge.Experience Winning Perks with exclusive discounts, deals, and savings on a diverse array of products and services.From retail and dining to travel, entertainment, wellness, gym and more.Access to an employee assistance program (EAP).Discover our vibrant community and learn more about us at www.winninggroup.com.au In the spirit of reconciliation, Winning Group acknowledges the Traditional Custodians of Country throughout Australia and their connections to land, sea and community.We pay our respect to their Elders past and present and extend that respect to all Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander peoples today.
