About The Role
You will be responsible for attending, inspecting and reporting on damages to domestic buildings of insured properties, ascertaining the best report method and recommending a scope of works for home claims authorisation.
  
In addition, you will work closely with a panel of builders ensuring they perform repairs to customers' homes to a high standard, in a timely fashion and for a fair and responsible price.  You will play a critical role in evaluating property damages, assessing claims and ensuring accurate and fair settlements for policy holders. 
Attending clients' properties and accurately reporting on building damage to domestic insured properties Providing accurate scope of works for rectification works to be carried out on insurable events Submitting reports, reviewing SOWs and documentation in a timely manner (as per set SLAs) Determining and advising on the overall best method of repair of the building Liaising with builders and external contractors Project coordination and management on complex/large loss claims Virtual/desktop assessments and triage About You  Qualified building trades people required Experience in managing quality insurance building work and enhancing customer satisfaction is an advantage Background in producing accurate scope of works Exceptional time management and organisational skills Reputable communication skills and conflict resolution handling Experience in managing, coaching and appraising builders Proven experience in building effective business relationships with builders So, what's in it for you?
