Job DescriptionAbout the role As a Home and Community Support Worker, you will provide support to people in our community living with a disability.
The support you provide will allow people to live independently, by assisting and encouraging them to participate in daily tasks, build skills, support and promote daily and community activity participation, and access appropriate services.
