As a key people leader in our business, you will be responsible for supporting and enabling your team of Loss Adjusters to manage Home Claims efficiently and deliver top-tier service to our Clients and Insured persons.
What are my accountabilities?
Coach, mentor, and develop Loss Adjusters Manage relationships with operational client stakeholders and Account Managers Drive continuous improvement of client service programs and processes Lead the service delivery of Home Claims and ensure time, utilization, invoicing are consistently managed About you
Extensive knowledge of the claims lifecycle An ability to be client-centric and experience managing outsourced business processes Successful people leadership experience Caring Counts
