Your Team Reporting to the Learning & Knowledge Manager, you will be accountable for the delivery arm of the Learning team, leading and coaching Facilitators in building and embedding aligned learning solutions and frameworks. You will drive a culture of customer centricity and accountability through strong leadership and development of the team to deliver on its strategic plan. You will be responsible for driving improved learning outcomes, better employee learning experiences and ultimately improved customer experiences.
This is a remote opportunity open to candidates based across Australia.
Your duties and responsibilities Lead a team of training facilitators to deliver bespoke adult training content to uplift employee capability. Partner with SMEs and the Learning Design Specialists to identify learning needs through the execution of training needs analysis. Work collaboratively with SMEs in the preparation and delivery of induction and other training programs to leverage from current initiatives. Support overall curriculum governance across the Learning portfolio to ensure accuracy and consistency. Coach and develop capabilities of the facilitators. Track the capacity of the training team, create a plan and allocate trainers to specific sessions based on capacity and capability liaising with various other stakeholders as required. Your knowledge and experience Relevant learning experience coupled with Cert IV in Training & Assessment (highly desirable). Strong understanding of adult learning principles and training delivery techniques. Experience in the implementation of various learning programs of work across multi-dimensional teams. Understanding of change management principles and approaches. Excellent communication and presentation skills with the ability to articulate complex concepts in a clear and engaging manner. Ability to build collaborative relationships and work effectively with cross-functional teams and stakeholders. Proficiency in analysing data and using evaluation metrics to measure the effectiveness of learning initiatives. Team builder with an inclusive and development-based approach. Ability to work autonomously and comfortable with challenges, being proactive and continuously looking for opportunities to improve our business. Experience in designing and delivering various types of learning programs, such as classroom-based training and blended learning solutions (desirable). Familiarity with learning management systems (LMS) and other learning technologies (desirable). Project management experience would also be advantageous.
