Holistic Asset Management: Seeking Project Support Coordinator Since our founding in 2016, Holistic Asset Management has earned a reputation as a leader in delivering advanced reliability engineering solutions to asset-intensive industries. As we continue to grow, we are looking for a dedicated Project Support Coordinator to join our team at our new Maroochydore head office on the stunning Queensland Sunshine Coast.
The Role: In this vital role, you will support our engineering consultancy by ensuring the smooth management of project schedules, budgets, and administrative functions. You'll work directly with our engineering operations team and managing director, playing a key part in the efficient running of day-to-day activities. This is a great opportunity to work in a dynamic environment, where no two days are the same.
Key Responsibilities: Maintain and update project schedules, cost estimates, and budgets. Track project progress, analyse performance, and recommend improvements. Identify and manage project risks, developing mitigation strategies as needed. Collaborate with project teams to gather and implement schedule and cost changes. Prepare detailed reports for internal management and external clients. Assist with project invoicing and ensure accurate financial record-keeping. Coordinate meetings, manage incoming calls, and arrange travel for the Operations team and Managing Director. Key Competencies: Proactive and Organised: Ability to manage multiple tasks and projects with a high level of organisation. Effective Communicator: Strong written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to liaise with project teams and clients. Tech-Savvy: Experience with project management software (e.g., MS Project) and proficiency in job management tools. Detail-Oriented: Strong analytical and numerical skills to ensure accuracy and efficiency in project reporting. To Be Successful, You Will: Proven experience in project support or project controls roles. Knowledge of project management methodologies and tools. Ability to manage multiple tasks while maintaining attention to detail. Strong teamwork and collaboration skills, with the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
