We have an opportunity for a bid & tender specialist to join our team to assist with and manage bids, proposals, quotes and tenders.
About the team Our Bid & Tender Team sits within the firm's Marketing & Business Development Team, and works closely with partners, senior lawyers and other members of the Business Services Team to produce winning proposals. The team is responsible for the end-to-end management of responses to formal requests for tenders, quotes, proposals and bids.
About the role We are seeking to recruit an experienced bid and tender professional to join our team.
You will work alongside our National Bid & Tender Manager and our Bid & Tender Executive to manage and drive bids, proposals, quotes and tenders.
You will have responsibility for the overall management of responses, including writing, preparation and submission of responses across the firm nationally.
You will also work closely with our partners in advising and coaching on best practice bidding and winning strategies, including key messaging, pricing and value adds.
You will play a role, alongside the team, in managing and growing our bid library, and will work closely with the Marketing & Business Development Team on bid-related projects.
The role will have a national presence and you will work on bids and tenders originating in all of our offices. This role can be based in Melbourne, Sydney, Canberra or Brisbane.
About you You will possess the following:
A minimum of 3 years' bids and tenders experience, preferably in a law firm or professional services environment Excellent writing skills Excellent time management and project management skills Excellent communication and stakeholder engagement skills Strong attention to detail Proficiency in MS Office Applications A competitive, tenacious and determined spirit Adaptability and flexibility. Your confident, driven and positive approach to creating and managing winning proposals will help you succeed in this role.
