Commercial Law/Litigation Lawyer (3-4 Years Post Admission)

Our practice areas include Commercial Law, Civil Litigation, Wills & Estates, and Property Law. We are currently seeking a talented and experienced lawyer with a focus on Commercial Law and Litigation to join our dynamic team.
Responsibilities:
Manage a diverse caseload of commercial law and litigation matters, including contract disputes, business transactions, and corporate advisory work.
Conduct thorough legal research and draft comprehensive legal documents, including pleadings, affidavits, and agreements.
Represent clients in court, at mediation, and in negotiations, providing strategic advice to achieve favorable outcomes.
Collaborate with colleagues across various practice areas to provide well-rounded legal solutions to clients.
Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, offering high-quality legal advice and service.
Participate in business development activities, including networking and attending industry events.
Qualifications:
3-4 years of post-admission experience, with a strong focus on commercial law and litigation.
Current practicing certificate and registration with the Law Institute of Victoria (or eligibility to obtain the same).
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities with keen attention to detail.
Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
Proven ability to work both independently and as part of a collaborative team.
