Minimum 25 hours per week availabilityMinimum 1 year of previous experience in aged care, disability, home & community care is a must.Experience in providing care for aged care or disability clients.Knowledge of person-centred care principles and safety regulations.Strong communication and interpersonal skills.Compassionate, patient, and empathetic attitude.Ability to work independently and as part of a team.Flexibility to work different shifts, including weekends and evenings.Must be located and willing to travel up to 30mins within desirable areas.Must have a mobile smart phone and able to navigate through various applications.QualificationsMinimum Certificate III in Individual Care or Certificate IV in Ageing Support.Must have a valid driver license, access to a reliable car with fully comprehensive car insurance.Excellent verbal and written communication skills.Willingness to learn, develop and take on new challenges.Valid National Police Check.Updated First Aid & CPR Certificate.NDIS Worker Screening Check or the willingness to obtain one.
