Medical Receptionist / Administration Officer We are seeking an experienced, motivated and skilled medical receptionist / administration officer to join our team mid January 2025.
Your role will consist of meeting and greeting patients in a professional and courteous manner.
On a daily basis, you will be taking telephone enquiries, scheduling patient consultations, invoicing and receipting, as well as attending to the administration needs of our doctors.
We are looking for applicants interested in a part-time role (4 days a week).
Flexibility in working hours is essential.
Candidates considering applying should have the following skills and experience: High level of computer literacy (previous experience with specialist medical software would be well regarded); Previous employment experience in a medical practice; Sound administration skills with relevant workplace experience; Excellent interpersonal & time management skills; Great personal presentation; Ability to multi-task with attention to detail and accuracy; Ability to ensure medical records are managed confidentially and efficiently.
