Our client is a Federal government agency dedicated to improving the lives of those with disability. We are seeking a talented Executive Assistant to join the team, working across multiple branches of the Agency.
The role is to start ASAP for a 12-month casual assignment, with the possibility of an extension, pending business requirements. Located in the Darwin office, you will work Monday to Friday and full-time hours.
The pay rate is APS 4 $43.82 p/h and APS 5 $55.24 p/h + Super. It is a requirement of the agency that you be an Australian Citizen. About the role: Completing operational and/or administrative tasks of moderate complexity or difficulty. Diary and email management, responding to changing priorities and time frames. Preparing replies to correspondence, briefing material, and handling confidential papers. Scheduling meetings and preparing documentation for committees and projects. Undertaking research and investigations as requested. Coordinating official meetings, travel arrangements, and official functions on behalf of the branch, Regional Manager, and other Agency staff. Providing high-level administrative support on personnel and financial matters within the Agency. About you: Organisation and time management skills.
