Job Description *** Position is Contingent Upon Award ***This position manages all property inspections, move-ins, and ensures excellent customer service.
Conduct and oversee property inspections.Assist with maintenance coordination and follow-up with contractors.Facilitate move-in processes and manage communication with new arrivals and existing employees.Support marketing and communication strategies to attract potential tenants.Attend open inspections and maintain accurate data in contract management systems.Assist with administrative tasks and ensure safety principles are integrated into daily activities.Collaborate effectively with team members and adapt to changing priorities.Provide monthly updates to the Government on performance, financial, and work management.Ensure adequate staff is available to support the In-Town Services team.Other duties as assigned.Please Note:This position is contingent upon contract award. Basic Job Requirements Accredited four (4) year degree or global equivalent in applicable field of study and twelve (12) years of work-related experience or a combination of education and directly related experience equal to sixteen (16) years if non-degreed; some locations may have additional or different qualifications in order to comply with local requirements.Ability to communicate effectively with audiences that include but are not limited to management, coworkers, clients, vendors, contractors, and other stakeholders.Job related technical knowledge necessary to complete the job.Ability to learn and apply knowledge of applicable local, state/province, and federal/national statutes and guidelines.Ability to attend to detail and work in a time-conscious and time-effective manner. Other Job Requirements (U) A Northern Territory Real Estate Agent and Business License (or a mutually recognized equivalent).(U) A degree in Project Management, Real Estate, or similar business-related experience.(U) Five (5) years' experience working in Project Management, Real Estate, or a similar Business-related field, preferably on other government-sponsored programs or facility management operations.(U) Advanced understanding of Australian Real Estate regulatory compliance inclusive of Real Estate Trust Account management.(U) Demonstrated experience successfully managing planned and reactive maintenance programs of similar scope and complexity.(U//FOUO) Secret clearance is required.As a condition of employment, the applicant and all dependent family members must successfully undergo a medical and behavioral health evaluation.Requisition Number146892BR
