Position is Contingent Upon Award
This position is responsible for managing small and/or less complex maintenance projects or managing multiple site managers overseeing multiple small and/or less complex sites/projects within the Operations & Maintenance function. Responsibilities may include mobilization, operational sales, and marketing targets.
Key Responsibilities
Responsible for leading the In-town facility operations and Maintenance (O&M) teams in developing and delivering a robust maintenance program.
Coordinate work that may impact personnel, supporting the performance of maintenance.
Lead the development, update, review, and approval of Standard Operating Procedures (SOP), Emergency Response Procedures (ERP), and Methods of Procedure (MOP), shepherding these items through the Change Management Board.
Lead the development and implementation of a training and certification program for all operators.
Manage work schedules, staffing, and compliance activities.
Responsible for meeting or exceeding metrics provided by the customer.
Complete and deliver incident reports within 24 hours.
Lead the development of after-action root cause analysis, track and implement resulting action plans.
Other duties as assigned.
Basic Job Requirements
• Accredited four (4) year degree or global equivalent in applicable field of study and seven (7) years of work-related experience, or a combination of education and directly related experience equal to eleven (11) years if non-degreed; some locations may have additional or different qualifications in order to comply with local requirements.
• Ability to communicate effectively with audiences that include but are not limited to management, coworkers, clients, vendors, contractors, and other stakeholders.
• Job-related technical knowledge necessary to complete the job.
• Ability to learn and apply knowledge of applicable local, state/province, and federal/national statutes and guidelines.
• Ability to attend to detail and work in a time-conscious and time-effective manner.
Other Job Requirements
A degree in Operations Management, Property Management, or similar business-related experience.
Five (5) years' experience working in Operations and Maintenance Management, Property Management, or a similar business-related field, preferably on other government-sponsored programs or facility management operations.
Demonstrated analytical skills and programmatic planning, budgeting, and oversight.
Demonstrated strong people management skills.
Demonstrated organizational skills, attention to detail, and ability to meet short timelines.
If this individual is a U.S. citizen, a Secret clearance is required; if the individual is Australian, an Australian NV-1 clearance is required.
