The Position Title: Registered Nurse Department :Hospital in the Home Classification: Nurses & Midwives EA, Grade 3 YU15  Hours per fortnight: 24 Fantastic opportunity to join our diverse and dynamic HITH team Fast growing service with great career development pathways  work independantly in the community within a supportive team environment Using your acute nursing skills to care for people safely in thier own homes Applications are sought from suitably qualified Registered Nurses to work in the HITH at Echuca Regional Health.
Key responsibilities include:
Provide safe and comprehensive patient focused nursing care Conduct patient assessment and plan care relevant to disease and treatment Provide education and advice to patients and carer's on treatments and symptom management Assist in the development and implementation of clinical policies and procedures Our team requires someone who has:
Proven experience working in Acute nursing Advanced clinical assessment skills Demonstrated problem solving and decision making skill High level interpersonal skills This position requires completion of a satisfactory National Police Check and (where relevant) provision of a Working With Children Check and check on the Disability Worker Exclusion Scheme prior to appointment. In addition, this position requires evidence of vaccination status for COVID-19.
