Your responsibilities will include:
Managing the local customer service and technical team to ensure efficient delivery of compressor servicing for customers. Providing day-to-day project management to ensure positive delivery of project outcomes. Managing financials for the branch service operation. Inspiring and motivating your staff. Supervising service and warranty administration. Developing and growing the branch service business. About You

Experience in a manufacturing or trade business will set you in good stead, as will experience in a sales and service environment. It goes without saying that you have a passion for ensuring a great customer experience every time.
To be successful, you'll bring:
Experience working in a phone-based customer service or branch environment. Ability to monitor spare parts inventory levels and supervise stocktakes. Good admin and computer skills, with the ability to prepare reports using MS Excel and PowerPoint. Experience managing budgets and expense reports. Ability to maximize incoming sales opportunities.
