The Opportunity
Hitachi has an exciting opportunity for an experienced and motivated individual to join the team in the position of Warranty Coordinator .

Based in our Wacol Branch , and reporting to the Service Manage you will work in our busy service department to ensure that all warranty paperwork is processed efficiently, accurately, and timely.

Main Responsibilities:
Manage the entire warranty work order process, from claim validation to work order closure.
Collaborate with the Service team to confirm claims and plan deliveries.
Communicate with customers, monitor progress, and negotiate disputes.
Collect documentation, build business cases, and submit claims on time.
Prepare information for internal and external warranty audits.
As the ideal candidate you will have:
Self-motivated, goal-oriented attitude with attention to detail Previous experience in a similar warranty and service administrative functions within an industrial business Excellent oral and written communication skills Demonstrated MS Office experience, including Word and Excel (experience in MS Dynamics is preferable but not essential) The ability to work overtime as required in peak periods (eg: end of month) The ability to be adaptable and work in a fast-paced environment At Hitachi, we value our people and work towards providing guidance on your career path towards a rewarding and successful experience.
