About us Hitachi Construction Machinery (Australia) Pty Ltd is a leading manufacturer of construction and mining equipment.
The Opportunity Hitachi has an exciting opportunity for an experienced and motivated individual to join our Forrestdale team in the position of Service Administrator on a full time permanent basis. In this role you will be working within the field service team to ensure that all service paperwork is processed efficiently, accurately and timely.
Main responsibilities include:
Work order preparation and timely closure for all service invoicing Opening and closing monthly reoccurring service jobs Updating WIP recordsand new job files Payroll processing (clocking Timesheets & Kronos) Compile information required for internal & external audits Assist in other general service administration tasks Preparation, assessment and submission of warranty work orders Mobilisation of personnel to various sites across WA As the ideal candidate you will have:
Previous experience in a similar service administrative role Payroll experience Excellent oral and written communication skills Demonstrated MS Office experience, including Word and Excel (experience in MS Dynamics is preferable but not essential) Benefits In return for your hard work and dedication you will receive:
