Hitachi is seeking a dedicated and customer-focused Parts Interpreter to join our team in Emerald .
As a Parts Interpreter, you will ensure timely and accurate supply of quality parts to both external customers and internal stakeholders.
Your customer-facing role will be pivotal in maintaining delivery standards, achieving sales targets, and fostering long-term customer relationships.
Reporting to the Parts Supervisor, your responsibilities will include:
Collaborating with a small team of parts interpreters and internal sales staff Providing exceptional service to external customers and internal stakeholders Utilizing electronic parts manuals to identify and supply parts according to customer needs Sourcing parts externally when necessary Maintaining and updating records using Microsoft Dynamics Resolving invoicing and purchase order discrepancies Delivering outstanding customer service via phone, email, and over the counter Working closely with the warehouse to ensure smooth delivery of parts To be successful in this role you will:
