The Opportunity Hitachi has an exciting opportunity for an experienced and motivated individual to join the team in the position of Service Administrator based in our Emerald branch. Main responsibilities include:
Production order preparation and timely closure for all service invoicing Opening and closing monthly reoccurring service jobs Maintenance of local databases to track WIP Assist with building, plant and tool maintenance Payroll support and timesheet entry Purchase order and invoice processing Compile information required for internal & external audits As the ideal candidate you will have:
