Field Service work is focused on execution of service jobs with high quality, reliability, and timely completion with adherence to safety requirements always.

You will live by Company core values of safety, quality, and integrity, which means taking responsibility for your own actions while caring for your colleagues and the business.

You must carry out service installation, commissioning, testing, and other service-related activities on transformers of various sizes (Distribution to large Power Transformers).

You will diagnose technical problems, determine, and implement corrective actions.

You must execute service activities on time within budget with expected quality with a high focus on safety.

End-to-end management of service activities before attending the site and onsite including coordination with customers and other stakeholders.

You will maintain and strengthen working relationships with customers.

You will interact with and support the sales team on potential business opportunities.

You will prepare all required safety, financial, operational, and technical documents and reports associated with service activities.

You will proactively identify and participate in performance improvements within the business to enhance operations and customer service.

Undertake product training to develop skill sets, further enhance product knowledge, and grow as a product specialist.

A-Grade Electrical License is a must.

Good command of electrical testing of transformers is essential.

5+ years of experience in transformer testing and services.

Customer focused, ability to communicate effectively, work within a team, follow instructions, and ability to work independently and as a PICW.
