The Role Maintain village grounds in a neat and tidy condition Perform general gardening tasks, including weeding, mowing lawns, and pruning trees Operate and maintain gardening equipment effectively Empty and clean village rubbish bins regularly Undertake minor maintenance duties as needed Able to handle extra tasks as needed Ability to work independently without supervision Availability to work on a 14/7 roster cycle (14 days on, 7 days off) Willing to work 10-hour shifts each day Maintain strict health and hygiene standards and systems Ability to travel into/out from site at own expense

We're looking for candidates with: At least 1 year of experience working in remote mine-site villages or workforce camps Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to stay calm under pressure Friendly and considerate attitude to promote a positive work environment

To be considered, you must have or be willing to obtain: Australian Driver's License / Manual C Class (must be any Australian State) - International license is not accepted Ability to pass a pre-employment medical and drug screen Have a recent National Police Check (within 1 month) Unrestricted work rights in Australia
