As we grow, we're looking for passionate professionals to join our dynamic team in workforce villages across QLD & NSW.If you're ready to make a difference and be part of a company with a rich legacy of excellence, we want to hear from you!The RoleMaintain village grounds in a neat and tidy conditionPerform general gardening tasks, including weeding, mowing lawns, and pruning treesOperate and maintain gardening equipment effectivelyEmpty and clean village rubbish bins regularlyUndertake minor maintenance duties as neededAble to handle extra tasks as neededAbility to work independently without supervisionAvailability to work on a 14/7 roster cycle (14 days on, 7 days off)Willing to work 10-hour shifts each dayMaintain strict health and hygiene standards and systemsAbility to travel into/out from site at own expenseWe're looking for candidates with:At least 1 year of experience working in remote mine-site villages or workforce campsExcellent problem-solving skills and ability to stay calm under pressureFriendly and considerate attitude to promote a positive work environmentTo be considered, you must have or be willing to obtain:Australian Driver's License / Manual C Class (must be any Australian State) - International license is not acceptedAbility to pass a pre-employment medical and drug screenHave a recent National Police Check (within 1 month)Unrestricted work rights in AustraliaOne of SIRROM's goals for 2024 is to expand our Facilities Management network by hiring dynamic, talented and passionate new team members who can bring real value as we grow.Does this sound like you?
