Hiring Level 1 Casual Support Engineer For Rockhampton, Queensland

Job Description
Job Type: On need basis (Casual)
Experience: 6 months to 2 years
Required Duties & Skills:

Troubleshooting and maintenance of IT equipment and Network infrastructure.
Understanding of network infrastructure, DC, DNS, DHCP, IP.
Understanding of Firewall, VLANs, Emails - Office365 and on-premise Exchange server, Teamviewer and Storage.
Windows OS Server and Client.
Solid understanding of switching and routing.
Familiar with Windows installation, upgrading and troubleshooting.
Onsite and offsite Backup monitoring.
Basic networking with understanding of Modem / Routers.
Availability with 1 day notice on demand.

Compensation:
Good hourly rates based on experience: $25.00 – $30.00 per hour
Expected Hours: 25 – 30 per week
Schedule:

Day shift
On call
Public holidays
Shift work

Supplementary Pay:

Overtime pay

Work Authorisation: Full working rights
