Responsibilities As a Senior HVAC Project Manager, your primary responsibilities will include :
Ensuring projects are delivered to high-quality standards and meet measurable KPIs. Managing project budgets, timelines, and quality using established processes. Leading effective communication with stakeholders, clients, and team members. Identifying and mitigating risks to maintain smooth project execution. Ensuring safety protocols are strictly followed per the WHS management system. Overseeing project cash flow and ensuring financial accuracy. Qualifications To thrive in this role, you'll need :
Experience: Minimum 2 years in HVAC project management or a similar role. Skills: Strong communication, attention to detail, and computer literacy. Attributes: A positive attitude, the ability to meet deadlines, and perform well under pressure. Knowledge: Familiarity with project management practices such as PMBOK.
