Hire & Sales Co-OrdinatorStarting salary up to £30k, plus bonus, 25 days holiday, pensionThe Company* My client is a leading supplier of site, plant and access equipment for the UK building and construction industry.The Role* As Hire & Sales Co-Ordinator, you will work closely with customers and transport/operations/dispatch departments to fulfil orders and deliver outstanding service.* Processing hire and sales orders from initial enquiry to dispatch.* Responding to incoming telephone calls in a positive and enthusiastic manner, converting enquiries to orders where possible and processing.* Completing designated tasks to support the department in achieving set targets providing excellent customer service.* You will engage with yard personnel to understand product profiles, availability and transport capability.* Develop your technical knowledge of products, allowing you to embrace existing and new product developments in the market.* Proactively work with existing, lapsed or potential clients, promoting the company's products and services and broadening the customer base.* You will have worked or you will be working as a Hire & Sales Coordinator or similar, with a background in building, construction, site, plant, access equipment, scaffolding, rental or tool hire sectors and you will be very customer focused.* You will be enthusiastic, reactive, proactive and driven.If you are an experienced Hire & Sales Co-Ordinator with a background in building, construction, site, access equipment, scaffolding, rental or tool hire sectors and you are looking for an exciting new opportunity to join my prestigious client please apply quoting reference VR/05961.
