An opportunity has arisen at Drivetrain for a Hire & Product Manager to join our team on a permanent full-time basis. This role is required to oversee all site based hired equipment requirements, maintenance tasks, and support activities, as well as recommend changes as necessary for the assets to achieve targeted availability and budget.
Key Responsibilities: Ensure all hired equipment, internal and external, as requested by the site teams is hired to meet corporate guidelines, technical specifications and budget allowances.Ensure all plant and equipment achieves the sites targeted availability.All hired plant and equipment is maintained and operated in accordance with statutory and WHS legislative requirements necessary to maintain compliance.All hired plant and equipment is maintained within the DTA maintenance strategy utilising technical capabilities of group as necessary.Monitor budget versus actuals and ensure plant and equipment is maintained within budget provisions.Provide support to operations and sites for operational and maintenance tasks as required.Assist in Development of Internal technical Documents.Assist in Maintaining Documents in SAP as required.Lead, coach and develop team members by setting clear expectations, having regular communication, and treating each another with respect and fairness to develop and maintain a positive, safe working environment.To be successful in this role, you will have the following: Maintenance Management Qualifications with CMMS experience.Excellent business communication and customer service skills.Ability to provide technical leadership, coupled with people management skills.Experience in Dana Spicer, Kessler and Kovatera Product.Ability to learn and a willingness to undertake nominated training.Experience in product/technical support.Knowledge of powertrain products and associated applications.We are looking to fill this role IMMEDIATELY.
