About The Role
The Motor Assessing Manager is responsible for leading a team of Motor Assessors, developing & driving the Assessing Business via a team of technical, process and customer service experts to drive market leading cost capabilities.
Coach and mentor your team by building relationships with individual team members, setting clear goals, providing constructive feedback and fostering learning opportunities Act as a role model by demonstrating our values and influencing how they are lived within your team As a representative of the Leadership Team, demonstrate your capacity to self-manage and positively influence those around you Lead the team to achieve the organisation's expectations for quality business results Help team members connect their day to day work with our Clients purpose Be responsible for managing team members in accordance with company policies and employment laws, and ensure relevant HR procedures are applied (including Safety, Wellness and Health, Workplace Behaviour and Performance Improvement frameworks) QUALIFICATIONS & EXPERIENCE REQUIRED Leadership experience essential. Experience with Motor Assessing. Motor Vehicle Trade qualification - Panel Beating or Spray Painting. Excellent verbal and written communication skills. Analytical skills, high level of problem solving and systems thinking. Ability to lead innovation and change, including personal resilience. Experience and knowledge of the motor body repair industry. Ability to work independently and manage time efficiently. Demonstrated ability to meet service delivery expectations. Commercial acumen. Valid Driver's licence.
