Responsibilities: Our purpose in Front Desk is to partner collaboratively with the hotel team to ensure that we deliver our vision and mission to be the most hospitable company in the world by:
Creating exceptional experiences for our guests Being responsible for the Hotel team on shift Ensuring the work environment is safe, happy and productive Ensuring the periodic audits are completed Ensuring the Health, Safety and Security of the Hotel and the team on shift About You: Have a degree, diploma, or formal certification in Hotel Management or equivalent A minimum of 2 years of front-office supervisory experience in the hotel, leisure, and/or retail sectors Ideally, be physically in the Perth Metropolitan Area Have a full Australian working right (no sponsorship is being offered) Approved Manager License (or willing to obtain) Aquatic Rescue (or willing to obtain) Food Hygiene Certificate (or willing to obtain) Adaptable, positive, and have a genuine passion for hospitality WHAT MAKES US SPECIAL IS WHO WE ARE, AND WE ARE HILTON!
