About the role Predominantly based in Angaston and reporting to the General Manager Marketing, we are seeking a talented and driven Marketing Manager to oversee a portfolio of premium wine brands. In this strategic leadership role, you will drive the vision, strategy, and execution necessary to position our brands as leaders in both domestic and international markets.
You will be accountable for the full spectrum of brand management, including strategy development, lifecycle management, brand communication, and achieving commercial outcomes.
Key responsibilities include: Strategy and Planning: Develop and implement differentiated brand strategies, go-to-market plans, and pricing frameworks.Brand Health and Insights: Utilize market trends, category insights, and competitive analysis to identify growth opportunities and enhance brand performance.Brand Communication: Oversee integrated marketing campaigns, ensuring alignment with overarching strategies.Lifecycle and NPD Management: Lead product development, packaging innovation, and lifecycle management to meet consumer and market demands.Commercial Management: Manage P&L, sales forecasting, and marketing budgets to achieve targets.Leadership: Inspire and lead the marketing team, fostering collaboration, innovation, and professional growth.About you With 10+ years of proven experience in brand management, ideally in wine, luxury goods or FMCG industries. Tertiary qualifications in Marketing, Business or Commerce are considered essential.
