Highly Organized Pa Required With A Passion For Client Service

This role will be working side by side with the Director of the business. They will be their right-hand person who will be involved in all aspects of their business and personal responsibilities. Hence, they need to be extremely professional, have a major care factor for being involved in looking after our highly valued customers and be highly organized. • Manage Gmail inbox, including sorting, responding, client liaison/ sales, booking appointments and flagging important emails. • Oversee Instagram account: responding to DMs and booking appointments.  • Coordinate and maintain calendars (personal and professional), scheduling appointments, meetings, and events. • Liaise with clients, ensuring excellent communication and timely follow-ups. • Handle personal tasks, such as organizing travel, bookings, and managing errands. • Support executive tasks such as preparing documents and handling sensitive information. • Assist with other impromptu administrative duties as required.
