Higher Education Program Coordinator

Based in Ramingining in Arnhem Land, the Higher Education Program Coordinator provides on-country delivery of flexible learning support for adult individuals and groups.
You will provide support with language and digital literacy as well as implement Language Literacy and Numeracy (LLN) programs to enhance student success in their chosen VET and Higher Education pathways.

Ability to Salary Package up to $15,900PA with additional Meal and Entertainment options7 weeks annual leave + 17.5% leave loadingMobile phone allowance each monthRelocation AssistanceAccommodation & Utilities providedOpportunity to make a positive impact on our remote Aboriginal communities Key Accountabilities Provide flexible learning delivery and support to meet the needs and goals of students, whilst aligning to external training expectations.Deliver qualifications and short courses within scope of abilities.Work with the RTO to ensure training is consistently delivered to ALPA's Quality standards.Provide support to Indigenous mentors to engage with students.Maintain communication and engagement with external and internal stakeholders and work collaboratively to support attendance.Participate in site meetings, training, and community forums as directed.Administration tasks including but not limited to student enrolments and attendance, language, literacy and numeracy (LLN) testing.Collaborate with the Higher Education Manager to oversee budget allocations.Maintain accurate records of student support. About You Experience working as a trainer in a Higher Education setting delivering accredited training programs.Ability to adapt approach while catering for both in-person and remote learners.Experience using an electronic student management system.TAE40116 Certificate IV in Training and Assessment.Highly effective interpersonal skills that can be adapted to meet the needs of people from all education levels, language abilities, and ethnic origin.An ability to obtain and maintain an NT driving license.
