This is a BIBO / FIFO role from Brisbane throughout South-East Queensland.Experience, Skills and Qualifications:Must hold "A Grade" (Fitter and Mechanic) QLD Electrical Workers License.Current LVR/CPR Certificate.Current High Voltage Isolation and Access (Switching Operator) license or equivalent comprising:UEPOPS349B Operate Local High Voltage SwitchgearUEPOPS428B Develop HV Switching ProgramsUEPOPS525A Co-ordinate and direct HV Switching ProgramsUEPOPS456A Perform Switching to a Switching ProgramWorking knowledge of appropriate Australian and International Standards and Codes of Practice & relevant HV/LV switching activities.Knowledge and understanding of relevant legislation, policies and procedures.Proven ability meeting project quality, schedule and budget requirements.Ability to promote a high standard of safety, professionalism & communication.Ability to consult and liaise with clients / stakeholders at all levels and build sustainable relationships.Experience in HV switching including all aspects of testing for dead, phasing out and applying earths.Experience operating, maintaining and testing HV networks and associated equipment.
