About the RoleWe are seeking experienced HV Supervisors to join our commissioning team on mine sites in Western Australia. This role offers a 2/1 FIFO roster and permanent opportunities.As an HV Supervisor, you will oversee and manage commissioning works, ensuring all tasks meet industry standards and project timelines.
Key ResponsibilitiesManage substation commissioning, including Site Acceptance Testing.Commission GIS switchgear, HV motors, and drives.Conduct VLF, Tan Delta, and partial discharge testing of HV cables.Oversee commissioning of transmission (220kV) and distribution lines (11, 22, 33kV).Test primary electrical equipment such as circuit breakers, CTs, VTs, HV/LV switchboards, transformers, and HV busbars.Perform relay and secondary injection testing for various relay models/manufacturers.QualificationsWA A Grade Electrical Licence (Mandatory).High Voltage Switching Certificate.Section 26 Accreditation.Current CPR/LVR and First Aid Certificate.Valid Driver's Licence (Minimum C Class).What's on OfferPermanent position with a competitive remuneration package.FIFO from Perth (preferred).2 weeks on / 1 week off roster.Opportunity to work on high-profile projects within a supportive, safety-focused team.Ongoing professional development and career progression opportunities.Why Join RSGx?At RSGx, we value our people above all else.
