The Position
We invite applications from passionate, motivated, and experienced teachers for a position within our HSIE department.
Successful candidates will be enthusiastic educators, collaborative team players, and eager to contribute to the development of the school's HSIE curriculum. You will bring a deep knowledge, understanding, and passion for teaching, along with proven success in teaching students across Years 7 to 12.
The ideal candidate will inspire students by differentiating the curriculum and employing teaching strategies that foster independent, confident learning.
All teachers at KTC are employed under the Independent Schools NSW Teachers (Hybrid Model) Multi-Enterprise Agreement (MEA). The MEA outlines teacher's salaries and their employment rights and responsibilities and the salary will be based on NESA accreditation and years of experience.
Key Responsibilities: Deliver engaging lessons for high school students.Support students in achieving their academic and social goals.Provide targeted support for individual students and small groups.Address the socio-emotional needs of students.Prepare resources and materials for teaching.Motivate students to achieve and develop a lifelong love of learning.
