The OpportunityWe are seeking a skilled Paint Specialist to join our dedicated team. In this role, you will:
Perform panel beating and spray painting on Toyota and Nissan 4x4 vehicles, as well as all other vehicle types.Carry out general repairs and resprays.Collaborate with team members while also being able to work independently.Ensure high-quality finishes, adhering to our standards of excellence.Contribute your personal input and new ideas to enhance our processes.About YouWe are looking for a tradesperson with:
Minimum of 2 years of trade experience.A positive and genuine attitude, along with a strong work ethic.Good communication skills and the ability to work well in a team environment.The capability to work unsupervised and follow instructions as needed.Strong time management skills and attention to detail.A commitment to delivering high-quality workmanship.CompensationWe offer competitive pay rates, commensurate with experience and quality of work. Starting at $36-$43 per hour, with potential to exceed $120k in earning capacity based on performance and expertise.
