Your Role: Customer Service Excellence: Excel in maintaining ongoing relationships with existing customers, builders, and architects.Client Interaction: Engage in ongoing face-to-face meetings, presentations, and onsite consultations with the ability to explain product features, models & technical details.Diverse Client Communication: Capability to connect and communicate effectively with a wide range of clientele.Customer-Centric Solutions: Focus on providing professional solutions tailored to each customer's home and lifestyle.Product Expertise: Encourages taking full advantage of provided training to become an expert across the product range.Lead Negotiation and Closure: Requires the ability to negotiate, influence, and close qualified leads effectively.Interdepartmental Communication: Ability to engage and communicate in meetings across various departments.Relationship Building: Developing beneficial referral relationships with customers, builders and architects. Attributes of Our Ideal Sales Executive Candidate: Experience & Skills: Minimum 5 years in a sales role with a proven track record in KPI-based sales targets, preferably in the B2C sector. (Familiarity with the construction industry is a plus but not essential)Licenses & Skills: Possess a current Australian Driver's License, clear background check and be generally tech-savvy, with exposure to CRM systems.Communication and Professionalism: Excellent verbal and written proficiency in English with a great telephone manner and presentation skills.Attention to detail: Can maintain a high level of accuracy with quotes, note-taking, contracts, and record-keeping.Time Management: Strong organisational skills with the ability to prioritise, adapt in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlinesValue add and Negotiation: Skilled in contract presentation, negotiation and closing.Personal Qualities: Self-motivated, results-oriented, and eager to learn and become a product expert.Join Our Journey!
