As a Data Entry Assistant, you will play a crucial role in maintaining accurate and up-to-date records within our organization. Your primary responsibility will be to input, update, and manage various types of data efficiently and accurately. This role requires a keen attention to detail, strong organizational skills, and the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities:
Enter data accurately and efficiently into databases, spreadsheets, and other software systems. Verify accuracy of data by comparing it to source documents or other data sets. Organize and maintain electronic and hard copy files as needed. Perform regular data quality checks to ensure integrity of information. Assist with data cleanup and maintenance projects as assigned. Collaborate with team members to ensure timely completion of tasks and projects. Follow company procedures and guidelines for data entry and recordkeeping. Maintain confidentiality of sensitive information at all times. Provide support to other team members as needed. Requirements:
High school diploma or equivalent; additional education or training in data entry or related field is a plus. Proven experience in data entry or administrative roles preferred. Proficiency in typing and data entry skills with high accuracy and speed. Strong attention to detail and ability to maintain accuracy while working quickly. Excellent organizational skills and ability to prioritize tasks effectively. Familiarity with office software such as Microsoft Excel, Word, and Outlook. Ability to work independently with minimal supervision as well as collaboratively within a team. Strong communication skills, both verbal and written. Ability to handle confidential information with discretion and professionalism. Adaptability and willingness to learn new tasks or systems as needed. #J-18808-Ljbffr
