We are now looking to increase our staffing levels across all shifts to support new contracts at MTC Northwest Ltd.
Shifts available:
Day Shift Diagnostic Tech (42.5 hours per week) Monday-Thurs night shift (48 hours per week) Weekend technicians Friday, Saturday and Sunday nights, 12 hour shift (36 hours a week) 4 on 4 off Shift (42 hours per week annualised) Rates of Pay: Will be determined by qualification and experience - we want the best.
Responsibilities:
Carry out all aspects of maintenance, including diagnostics, servicing, inspection, repair, MOT preparation, breakdowns, and any other workshop-related tasks. Diagnosis of problem defects on vehicles. Servicing and repair of equipment to MOT standard. A high level of understanding of legal compliance and standards of roadworthiness. Ensure workshop tasks are completed in a timely and efficient manner to the required standard. Ability to work unsupervised with a high level of self-motivation. Awareness of authorisation procedures regarding required repairs. Completion of inspection documents and job sheets/time sheets to the highest standard. Strong commitment to health and safety. Excellent communication skills and ability to communicate with customers and employees of all levels. Represent MTC Northwest in a professional manner to customers, the public, and colleagues; ensuring communication is timely and accurate. Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
