CBGU JV brings together partners CPB Contractors, BAM, Ghella and UGL to deliver the Tunnels and Stations package for Brisbane's Cross River Rail. Cross River Rail is a 10.2 kilometre rail line between Dutton Park and Bowen Hills, including 5.9 kilometres of tunnel under the Brisbane River and CBD. The project also includes construction of four new high-capacity underground stations at Boggo Road, Woolloongabba, Albert Street and Roma Street.

Reporting to the Precinct Completions Coordinator, you will support project personnel in the implementation of project completions requirements as per applicable plans and ensure the specified outcomes are in compliance with the plan and appropriate system completions. You will ensure the handover records are obtained and maintained in the documentation system, while meeting the Project Quality requirements.
The Hexagon Coordinator will: Coordinate the deployment and configuration of Hexagon software solutionProvide technical support and training to end-users such as project engineers, quality personnel and managersMaintain the database with data entry and coordinate with engineering and construction departments to ensure system compliance, compatibility and efficiencyMonitor system performance and troubleshoot issues as they arise including resolving technical and accessibility issuesDevelop and maintain project documentation related to Hexagon systems and processesStay updated with the latest Hexagon software updates and industry trends including Power BI integration and exporting and presenting dataAssist in the planning and execution of system upgrades and enhancementsOur minimum requirements for this role are: Recognised degree in Engineering or Construction ManagementMinimum two (2) to three (3) years of construction experience within an established Quality Management SystemPrevious experience in a completions role within the construction industryKnowledge of Hexagon completions system, PowerBiAbility to follow QMP and relevant processesAwareness of the applicable Australian and International standards - both technical and related to the management systemAbility to follow up the required completions documents, review and confirm the integrity of the sameAbility to review process and procedure documents, drawings, checklist, ITP for the completions requirementsComputer literate with knowledge of MS Excel, MS Word etc. and adaptability to utilise the completions systemDemonstrated ability to work with a high level of accuracy within scheduled timelinesEffective communication with all levels of management and staff, verbal and writtenWell developed and demonstrated consultation, negotiation and influencing skillsAdvanced presentation skills with the ability to demonstrate and train othersDemonstrated commitment to the safety and health framework, policies and management system requirements and expectationsAt CBGU JV, we are committed to workplace diversity and providing opportunities on our project.
