Bookkeeping & Small Practice Accounting (Accounting) Full time Hesperia is seeking a high performing Senior Bookkeeper to join the Funds and Finance Team. You will join an ambitious and high performing environment, work closely with senior members of the firm and be supported by a highly capable team.
This position is offered as a full-time permanent position based at our office in Subiaco.
Initial responsibilities will include: Processing of supplier invoices and management of creditor pay runs, and uploading payments to the bank. Accounts receivable invoicing and processing of receipts. Preparation of IAS & BAS returns. End of month balance sheet reconciliations and P & L review. Assisting with the initial preparation of monthly management accounts. Identifying potential issues or opportunities in day-to-day work and raising these with Managers or Directors. Liaising directly with clients to respond to queries or provide information, as requested. About You The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 3+ years' experience in a similar role and a Certificate IV in Bookkeeping or similar.
Required skills: Strong attention to detail. Strong financial skillset and general accounting understanding. Able to work independently with excellent time management skills. Strong interpersonal and communication skills. High competency in MS Excel, PowerPoint and other Office suite products.
