You will leverage your legal expertise and play a pivotal role in reviewing and negotiating requests for intents, proposals for IT services contracts, non-disclosure agreements, software license agreements, teaming agreements, subcontracts, MOUs, etc.; and in ensuring that our Client's business meets contractual, regulatory, statutory, and legal obligations.
About YouAround 5 years of experience working within an Information Technology or IT services organisation, providing legal expertise on contracts.Experienced in reviewing and negotiating contracts for IT Consulting Services, ADM (Application Development & Maintenance), Managed Services, Outsourcing Services, Software Licensing, or Cloud Services.A skilled negotiator with a deep understanding of legal principles and the ability to identify and mitigate contractual risk.Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to translate complex legal concepts into clear and concise language for both technical and non-technical audiences.A team player with a proactive approach and a commitment to achieving deadlines.Bachelor's degree in law from an Australian University. Holding a practising certificate as an in-house corporate lawyer to practice in NSW and/or Victoria.
Full working rights in Australia.
Base salary: in the vicinity of 150,000 AUD + super.
