Educate: Our passion is quality education. The Role - Centre Manager: Manage the day-to-day operations of the centre in line with company policies, procedures, and targets. Undertake a Nominated Supervisor role. Obtain, maintain, and improve the centre's A&R rating. Develop a positive and engaging community presence. Provide leadership, support, and guidance to staff and students as needed. Develop a positive, cohesive work environment for all staff. Induct and support new team members. Implement initiatives to encourage increased occupancy rate. Ensure the centre is compliant with all Centre policies, State Legislation, and National Quality Standards. Ensure Health & Safety standards are always maintained in line with Company standards. Required Experience: A minimum of 2 years experience in a Nominated Supervisor role (preferred). Bachelor of Early Childhood Education (preferred) or hold a Diploma in Children Services. Experience in opening a new service (desirable). A current Working with Children's Check and valid First Aid, Child Protection. Extensive knowledge of the Early Years Learning Framework (EYLF) and National Quality Standards (NQS) and Rating and Assessment process. Strong experience creating and maintaining a Centre Self-Assessment Document. Experience in allocating and adjusting budgets to requirements (desirable). Extensive experience within the Early Childhood sector. Team player. Excellent communication, leadership, and management skills. Highly organised with the ability to multi-task.
